Liverpool have been wearing a full red kit only since the 60s, at the request of the club’s coach – Bill Shankly. You may remember Borussia’s famous yellow and black stands, or the famous uniform and logo of these colors. Juve was founded in 1897 and is one of the oldest clubs in Italy, hence the nickname. Of the 4 clubs listed, only Benfica has an eagle on its logo, which often visits the matches of the Lisbon club. “Nerazzurri” is a famous nickname of the Milanese. “Giallorossi”, “Wolves”, “Magicians” – these are the nicknames of Rome! However, ‘ Giallorossi’ is probably the most famous. Bhoys is a Glasgow variation of Boys, which is also the nickname of one of the city’s clubs. “Hollywood” is a nickname for the people of Munich, which once again emphasizes the scale of the club.
